New VP and Executive Director Joins FoundationNora Sale, the new vice president and executive director of the Froedtert Hospital Foundation comes to Froedtert with more than twenty years of experience in philanthropy and nonprofit administration, ten of those years in the Milwaukee community.
| Nora’s career has included fund raising at Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, the YMCA of Greater St. Louis and Metropolitan Milwaukee, and six years with Children’s Hospital and Health System Foundation of Wisconsin. Most recently, Nora has served as director of Philanthropy for Aurora in the Kettle Moraine region. |

In 1993, Nora earned the designation of Certified Fund Raising Executive signifying that she had experiences in all areas of fund raising, had achieved success in raising funds through major gifts, annual and planned giving initiatives and followed the ethical standards of the profession. Less than 10 percent of fund-raisers achieve this certification.
A graduate of Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, Nora and her husband, Marc, live in Waukesha. She has two adult children and a grandson. She has served as a volunteer at Ten Chimneys, United Way of Waukesha County, and the YMCA of Pabst Farms in Oconomowoc.
Nora has been a presenter at seminars and conferences throughout the Midwest and she serves as the president of the Greater Milwaukee Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
