Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin, with eastern Wisconsin’s only adult Level I Trauma Center, honor the dedication of our EMS partners. Educational Opportunities

At Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin, we offer various preceptor and other educational programs for health care professionals. Often, these programs are accredited or will be designated with contact hours.

Spinal Cord Injury Preceptorship
This class takes place several dates throughout the year, from 7 a.m. to noon at the Community Conference Center (Conference Room 3). There is no cost to attend this program. Continental breakfast, refreshments and lunch provided. For dates or to register, please contact Patty Haines at at 262-650-1128 or by e-mail at phaines@froedterthealth.org.

At the outcome of this course, participants will understand how assessment findings influence stabilization decisions and be able to incorporate pathophysiological principles in the field to prevent secondary brain injury.
