Access Center

The Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin Access Center offers the following services 24 hours a day, seven days a week:

Patient transfers
Medical College of Wisconsin physician consultations
Contact with a specific physician or department
Patient referral follow-up (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm)

To transfer a patient or consult with a specialist: Call the Access Center at 414-805-4700 or 877-804-4700. Nurses are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This number is for physicians and staff only.

Specialty Areas, Online Physician Database and Program Data Sheets

View a complete list of our specialty areas, and search our physician database of more than 1,100 Medical College of Wisconsin physicians who provide care in every specialty and subspecialty of medicine. We also provide Program Data Sheets for select specialty programs.

Physician Credentialing

As of June 1, 2007, Froedtert Hospital affiliation information for practitioners past and present will ONLY be provided through the Practitioner Hospital Data Bank (PHDB). Please refer to their Web site for access to this service at http://www.phdb.net/.
