  • A variety of elective rotations are available at Froedtert Hospital. Rotations and activities are tailored to meet the needs and interests of each resident
  • Opportunities to work with and serve as a preceptor for pharmacy clerkship students

Requirements for Acceptance
Employment application, program application, current curriculum vitae (CV) or resume, pharmacy school transcripts, two or three letters of recommendation, examples of three projects and an onsite interview.

    PGY1 residents interested in the PGY2 Health System Pharmacy Practice Administration residency at Froedtert are required to complete an administrative rotation by November 15.

    • Neurology/Neurosurgery Critical Care 
    • Ambulatory Care

    • Peri-operative Pharmacy Services
    • Medication Safety
    • Investigational Drug Services
    • Other areas of interest

    PGY1 residents interested in the PGY2 Critical Care residency at Froedtert are required to complete at least one critical care rotation by November 15.
