Your Opinion Counts
When was the last time someone asked your for your opinion on healthcare - and it mattered?
Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin and Community Memorial Hospital are asking you to share your insights on a variety of healthcare-related topics by joining the Healthcare Roundtable.
The Healthcare Roundtable is an online forum that allows us to quickly poll consumer opinions through online surveys on topics including healthcare preferences, potential new services and other related issues.
Your input will be used to help Froedtert & the Medical College and Community Memorial Hospital design new services, enhance existing services and better communicate these services in the future.
To ensure participant privacy, all survey answers are grouped with those of other people who complete the survey. All responses are strictly confidential and used only for internal research purposes.
It’s easy for you or other adult family members or friends to join the Healthcare Roundtable. To see if you qualify, just visit healthcareroundtableWI.com and answer a few short questions. The survey should take less than five minutes to complete.
When you become a Healthcare Roundtable member, you’ll have ongoing opportunities to complete opinion surveys – up to once a month. To thank you for your time, you will be entered into a monthly drawing for a chance to win $50.
