Fast Care Clinic Now Open in Sussex
A convenient, affordable option for common illnesses.
Froedtert & The Medical College ofWisconsin have teamed up with Shopko to open a FastCare health clinic inside the new Shopko store at Highway 164 and West Silver Spring Drive in Sussex. The clinic provides easy access to affordable health care for minor health problems such as cold and flu symptoms, sore throats, and ear, sinus and bladder infections. Patients must be at least 18 months old.
A FastCare visit costs only $52, including basic laboratory tests completed on site. Your health insurance can be billed for reimbursement.
FastCare is staffed by Froedtert & The Medical College nurse practitioners and physician assistants, and supervised by clinic medical director Mario Montalbo, MD, a Medical College of Wisconsin internal medicine specialist.

Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 8:30 pm
Saturday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Holidays, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
FastCare clinics are recognized by the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) as a healthcare provider that has accepted and supports the AAFP’s guidelines for retail health clinics.
