Froedtert Partners with Fond du Lac System
In April, Froedtert & Medical College established a strategic partnership with Agnesian Healthcare that will expand the health services available to residents of east central Wisconsin.
Agnesian operates St. Agnes Hospital and Waupun Memorial Hospital and also runs 13 regional clinics. It offers highly recognized programs in cancer care, behavioral health and women’s health. Froedtert will support Agnesian by sharing its expertise in key areas, with early efforts concentrating on cardiac, neuroscience and cancer services.
Froedtert and Agnesian plan to coordinate managed care strategies and share quality measures. The partnership will also ensure continuity of care for patients moving between the Agnesian system and Froedtert & Medical College.
