Bill Creates New Way to Support
Breast Cancer Research
A new state assembly bill gives Wisconsin citizens the opportunity to support breast cancer research at the Medical College of Wisconsin and the University of Wisconsin Medical School. Assembly Bill 351 creates a “check-off” box for breast cancer research on Wisconsin tax forms. The bill was signed into law by Gov. Jim Doyle this past spring.
