Where is Small Stones located?
Small Stones is located at 17145 W. Bluemound Road (in the V. Richards Plaza), in Brookfield. Convenient parking is available. Go to map.

Do you have more than one location?Currently, we have only one location, 17145 W. Bluemound Road. But you can visit Small Stones online any time — no matter where you are!

When is Small Stones open?Small Stones is open six days each week, for your convenience. The hours are:
Monday through Friday: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Sunday: Closed (except during holiday season)

Do I have to be a member to visit Small Stones?No. Anyone who is interested in improving and learning more about their health, browsing our books and merchandise, or using our Internet access to health-related Web sites is welcome at Small Stones.
If you’d like added benefits, such as the ability to borrow from our extensive health library, free health screenings, expanded access to health information on the Small Stones Web site, or discounts on non-sale merchandise, we’d love to have you as a member.

Do I have to be a member to participate in Small Stones classes and workshops?No. Anyone who is interested in health topics can attend regularly scheduled Small Stones classes and workshops. You need not be a member to participate.

What are the benefits of becoming a Small Stones member? How much does it cost?"Small Stonians," as we fondly call our members, enjoy many special benefits, all for a low yearly fee of $25 for single memberships and $45 for families. Membership benefits include unlimited access to our extensive lending library, merchandise discounts, online access to our nurse educators and more. Learn more.

When will I receive my membership packet?Your membership card will be sent out to you via U.S. mail 7 to 12 business days after we receive your application. Membership packets may be picked up at Small Stones during regular store hours.

When can I begin taking advantage of my membership?You can begin using your membership immediately. If you visit Small Stones and have not yet received your membership packet, please let one of our nurse educators know so they can assist you.

What is the Small Stones membership refund policy?If you are not completely satisfied with your Small Stones membership, you may cancel it at any time. To cancel your membership, call 262-797-2485 or send an email with your cancellation request to mailto:smallstones@fmlh.edu?subject=Cancellation Request.
If you cancel your membership within 30 days of activating it, you will receive a full refund.

What sort of qualifications do your nurse educators have?Our nurse educators are registered nurses with extensive backgrounds as healthcare professionals. They are experienced and reliable sources of healthcare information who work hard to stay informed. They have worked with patients and other consumers in a variety of settings from corporate wellness programs to public health education. Learn more.
The Small Stones nurse educators personally examine and choose all health resources in the store to make sure our clients get the highest quality items available. They also work with Medical College of Wisconsin physicians to ensure that you are receiving the most up-to-date and appropriate resources.

I’m looking for a particular health resource — can you help me find it?The Small Stones nurse educators can help you find in-store items. If we don’t carry the health resource you’re looking for, we can often custom-order it for you. Just ask!

What is the Small Stones return policy for merchandise?Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and in like-new condition with the receipt within 90 days.* Returns after 90 days or without a receipt will be issued an in-store credit. Without a receipt, an in-store credit for the last sale price will be issued. No price adjustments on prior sales. Books are non-returnable. Audio/video-tapes and CDs may be returned unopened. Opened audio/video-tapes and CDs may be exchanged for the same item only.
* Bamboo is not returnable.
