Health care is more than hospitals, doctors, nurses and patients. It’s also about meeting the diverse needs of individuals and the community. To do this, we need to hear from you.

That’s why Froedtert Health created the Health Care Roundtable, an online community that asks individuals to share their insights and opinions on a variety of health-related topics. Your valuable input will be used to help shape future health care services for our community.
As you participate, you’ll receive advance information on planning future health care services at Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin and Froedtert Health.
All Roundtable members are assured privacy, and your answers will be grouped with those of other people who complete the survey.
Health Care Roundtable and the results of its ongoing surveys are intended for internal use only by Froedtert Health to help design new health care services, enhance our existing services and help better understand consumer preferences.
