New Clinics & Relocations
As Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin expand to provide more and better health care service, some clinics and programs must relocate — some to new locations. This page details those moves so you are able to get to where you're going.
Eye Institute WestThe Eye Institute West has moved to the Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Westbrook Health Center in Waukesha. The new clinic is located just south of the Interstate 94 and Highway 18 intersection.
Pulmonary Medicine ClinicPulmonary services at Froedtert Health Medical Group Menomonee Falls Clinic have consolidated with and are now available at Community Memorial Medical Commons.
Vijay Bandhakavi, MD, and Daniel Herrell, MD, have joined Theodore Hubley, MD, and Tilottama Majumdar, MD to provide comprehensive care in one convenient location.
Pulmonary services at the Medical Commons include physician clinics, a full range of pulmonary function testing services for issues such as asthma, lung capacity, chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD) and heart disease, and pulmonary rehabilitation.

Reproductive MedicineTo enhance its healing environment, our Reproductive Medicine Center closed its doors in Wauwatosa and reopened at Community Memorial Medical Commons in Menomonee Falls. The new Center is located just a few minutes west of Highway 45 (Appleton Ave./Hwy. 175 exit). Our board-certified fertility specialists offer the full spectrum of advanced treatment options and personalized, compassionate care in a tranquil environment designed around our patients' needs.
