As Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin expand to provide more and better health care service, some clinics and programs must relocate — some to new locations. This page details those moves so you are able to get to where you're going.
Grace ClinicThe Grace Clinic, located on the fourth floor of the Clinical Cancer Center, houses the Blood and Marrow Transplant Program and Blood Cancer Program.
Eye Institute WestThe Eye Institute West has moved to the Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Westbrook Health Center in Waukesha. The new clinic is located just south of the Interstate 94 and Highway 18 intersection.
Moorland Reserve Health CenterThe Moorland Reserve Health Center is one destination for all adult health care needs in New Berlin and the surrounding communities. Patients benefit from having many of the offerings typically found only at a full-service hospital, with convenient parking, ease of access and comfortable surroundings.
Moorland Reserve Health Center is located at 4805 S. Moorland Road in New Berlin.

Women's Incontinence and Sexual HealthThe Women’s Incontinence and Sexual Health (WISH) program will expand its clinic locations on Aug. 20 to include a Menomonee Falls location. Bringing academic medicine to patients in the community, the WISH program will be located at the Community Memorial Medical Commons, just a few minutes west of Highway 45 (Appleton Ave./Hwy 175 exit). WISH patients will explore treatment options with fellowship and specialty-trained physicians as well as highly qualified clinicians experienced in assessing and managing common to complex female urologic and urogynecologic issues.
Physicians providing patient care at the Menomonee Falls location include Anthony Hoang, MD, FACOG, obstetrician/gynecologist; R. Corey O’Conner, MD, urologist; Jacquelyn Paykel, MD, FACOG, obstetrician/gynecologist; and Anu Raman, MD, FACOG, obstetrician/gynecologist.
The WISH program is also located at Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Froedtert Hospital campus. Select services are also available at Froedtert & The Medical College St. Joseph's Hospital campus in West Bend.
Reproductive MedicineTo enhance its healing environment, our Reproductive Medicine Center closed its doors in Wauwatosa and reopened at Community Memorial Medical Commons in Menomonee Falls. The new Center is located just a few minutes west of Highway 45 (Appleton Ave./Hwy. 175 exit). Our board-certified fertility specialists offer the full spectrum of advanced treatment options and personalized, compassionate care in a tranquil environment designed around our patients' needs.
