Cathy Buck Biographical Summary

Catherine J. Buck joined Froedtert Hospital in 1982 and has been executive vice president for Operations since January 1999. Prior to assuming her current position, Buck was vice president for Patient Care Services and Patient Care director in the Division of Nursing.

Buck received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from DePaul University in 1976 and her master’s degree in nursing from Rush University in 1979. She worked as a staff nurse at Swedish Covenant Hospital, Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s and the University of Chicago, prior to joining Froedtert.
