Sunnyslope Clinic Opens in Brookfield
(July 29, 2005) — Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin will open a new primary care clinic on Sunnyslope Road in Brookfield on Monday, August 1.
The new Sunnyslope Health Center will provide the services of Medical College of Wisconsin physicians at a convenient western suburban location. JoAnne Hill, MD; Jacquelyn Dinusson, MD; John Thomas, MD; Sharnecia Norman, MD; and LeAnn Walker, APNP, will see patients at the new clinic.
“The opening of this clinic is an important part of our efforts to make the healthcare expertise of Froedtert & the Medical College more easily accessible and to offer new services, programs and convenience for patients and their families,” said JoAnne Hill, MD, assistant professor of family medicine at the Medical College and director of the Sunnyslope Health Center.
Starting August 22, the center will also have a physical therapy clinic, which will offer a full range of therapy services.
The addition of the Sunnyslope clinic marks the fourth off-site Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin clinic dedicated to primary care services. The other clinics are located at the new Sargeant Health Center, 840 N. 87th St.; the Lincoln Avenue Clinic, 11211 W. Lincoln Ave.; and the Plank Road Clinic / Walk-In Clinic, 1155 N. Mayfair Road.
The new clinic is located at 1350 Sunny Slope Road, Brookfield, on the northeast corner of Sunny Slope Road and Greenfield Avenue. For further information or to make an appointment, call 414-805-9600.
