Gift Shop Seeks Volunteers
MILWAUKEE (Jan. 2, 2007) — The West End Shoppe at Froedtert Hospital, 9200 W. Wisconsin Ave., has opportunities for people who would like to volunteer.
Volunteers are needed to staff the state’s largest hospital gift shop by working at the cash register, displaying merchandise and delivering flowers to Froedtert patients. The West End Shoppe is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm; Tuesday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm; Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; and Saturday, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Froedtert Hospital is a 433-bed academic medical center staffed by faculty of the Medical College of Wisconsin. It serves as an eastern Wisconsin referral center for advanced medical practice care in 37 specialties and subspecialties. It is a major training and research facility with more than 1,000 medical, nursing and health technical students in training and over 2,000 active clinical trials each year. Froedtert, a member of Froedtert & Community Health, operates the region’s only adult Level One Trauma Center.
