New Learning Officer Named
MILWAUKEE (April 5, 2007) — As Froedtert Hospital’s new chief learning officer, Laurie Boddie will build and implement a leadership development strategy including leadership learning processes, new leader orientation and administration of the staff satisfaction survey.
She has worked with numerous organizations in the design of system wide learning initiatives, creation and facilitation of executive leadership processes, and the implementation of strategic change initiatives. Throughout her career, Boddie has held internal and external consulting positions as well as corporate and field leadership positions within the public and private sector, including work with the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Mich., and with Cox Communications in Atlanta, Ga.
Boddie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and religious studies from the University of Virginia, and a master of divinity degree from the University of Notre Dame. She and her family are relocating to Milwaukee from Michigan and will be living in Brookfield.
