Small Stones Announces New Book Club

MILWAUKEE (May 4, 2007) — The Mind & Body Connection Reading Group will read “Three Deep Breaths: Finding Power and Purpose in a Stressed Out World” by Thomas Crum. The first meeting is set for Saturday, June 2, from 10:00 to 11:00 am at Small Stones, 17145 W. Bluemound Road, Brookfield.

Ann Taveirne, Small Stones bookseller, will lead the discussions. “Three Deep Breaths” uses the parable format to present ways to overcome anger, stress, and overwhelming busyness. Crum presents straightforward and easy-to-learn breathing exercises to maintain clarity and purpose even in the most chaotic and stressful environments.

The Mind & Body Connection meets the first Saturday of each month from 10:00 to 11:00 am. Copies of the book are available at Small Stones and members receive a 10 percent discount. For more information, call Small Stones at 262-797-2485.
