Cancer Caregivers Support Group: Weaving Through The Curves Of Caregiving
Milwaukee, WI (February 4, 2010) – Caregivers and family members of cancer patients can find emotional support and encouragement at a new group offered by Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin. The group meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Meetings are held in the Froedtert & The Medical College Clinical Cancer Center, Conference Room J, on the Lobby Level.
Meetings will incorporate basket weaving to promote communication, and provide relaxation and stress relief while creating an easy-to-make keepsake. No experience is necessary, and participants are not required to take part in basket weaving. The Clinical Cancer Center is located on Doyne Avenue between N. 87th and N. 92nd Streets in Wauwatosa. Parking is free in the parking structure beneath the Clinical Cancer Center building.
