Froedtert Takes You Out to the Ballgame

Milwaukee, Wis. (April 7, 2011) – In celebration of our 30th Anniversary, Froedtert Hospital is inviting patients to share their story or favorite memory on our Facebook® site, www.facebook.com/froedtert.mcw.

Froedtert Hospital’s mission is to advance the health status of individuals and communities we serve through: Exceptional patient care, teaching the next generation of health professionals, and advancing scientific discovery and technology. Over the past 30 years, our patients have inspired us to uphold this mission in everything we do. We hope that patients will share how we’ve made an impact on their lives in the past 30 years by posting their stories or favorite memories on our Facebook® page. As a thank you, participants will be entered to win the Ultimate Milwaukee Brewers Game experience. Here’s how to participate:

Share your story. “Like” Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin on Facebook®. Post a written story, video, photo, poem or song on our wall.
Tell your friends. Ask friends, family, neighbors and co-workers to go online and “Like” your entry. If you’d like, you can also link your story back to your Facebook® wall too!
Win. All submissions will be judged by a panel of Froedtert Hospital Public Relations staff based on creativity, public appeal and impact of story. Popularity based on “Likes” will be considered. The Ultimate Milwaukee Brewers Game experience includes 10 suite tickets to the Milwaukee Brewers vs. Pittsburgh Pirates game on Tuesday, September 26th at 7:10 pm, your story shown on the Jumbotron, an on-field presentation, and 20 extra seats for your family and friends.
