Froedtert Health Names Five to New Leadership Roles
Milwaukee, Wis. (August 1, 2011) — Froedtert Health has appointed five executives to new positions in the organization, effective immediately.
Jeffrey Van De Kreeke, senior vice president of finance for Froedtert Health, has been promoted to chief financial officer. Van De Kreeke has held several financial positions since joining Froedtert Hospital as controller in 2001.
Charles Runge, who has been with Froedtert Hospital since 1995, has been named senior vice president of planning and service line development for Froedtert Health. In his new role, Runge will lead the development of clinical services within Froedtert Health and in collaboration with other health systems.
Joseph Hill, who joined Froedtert Health in 2010 as executive director and chief diversity officer, has been promoted to vice president and chief diversity officer. Hill will continue to direct diversity and inclusion efforts for the system.
Patricia Ruff has been promoted to vice president of clinical integration and payer strategies. In addition to her current role in building local and regional clinically integrated networks for the health system, Ruff will assume responsibility for managed care contracting and developing new payer strategies with insurers and employers. Ruff joined Froedtert Health in 2008.
Paul Spencer has joined Froedtert Health as assistant vice president for managed care. Spencer previously served as vice president of network management for United Healthcare of Wisconsin.
