Froedtert Hospital Names Two Vice Presidents for Clinical and Support Services
Milwaukee, Wis. (June 7, 2012) — Froedtert Hospital has named Lynn Fischer and Michael Anderes to executive leadership roles.
Fischer assumes the role of vice president for clinical and support services with administrative responsibility for transplant, dialysis, and heart and vascular medicine programs as well as the hospital’s food services and safety and security departments. Fischer has more than 25 years of health care leadership experience including her most recent role as associate vice president of cardiovascular, transplant and surgical services at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, in Dallas, Texas. Additionally, she has served in roles with Baylor Clinic and Hospital, Houston, Texas; the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics; and the Prairie Heart Institute at St. John’s Hospital, Springfield, Illinois. She holds a bachelor’s degree of nursing from Alverno College and a master’s in business administration with a concentration in health services from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois.
Anderes will serve as vice president for clinical and support services with administrative responsibility for surgery, neurology, musculoskeletal, lab and radiology programs. Anderes brings nearly 10 years of healthcare leadership experience to Froedtert Hospital, most recently serving as director of strategy and network development at Fort Collins, Colorado-based Poudre Valley Health System. Anderes holds a bachelor’s of science degree in physical therapy from the University of Connecticut and master’s in business administration from the University of Arizona, Tucson.
