Welcome to Froedtert Hospital's West End Shoppe! Our gift shop, staffed by volunteers, is usually open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend hours vary due to the availability of volunteers. If you have questions about the West End Shoppe, please call 414-805-5010. You may also order gifts and flowers directly from our gift shop.

Sponsored by the Volunteer Associates, the West End Shoppe volunteers are committed to excellence in customer service by offering a wide variety of merchandise and convenient shopping. The West End Shoppe has gifts for all occasions including:

All proceeds benefit our patients and families.

A volunteer will be happy to deliver flowers and your gifts with no delivery charge to inpatients at Froedtert Hospital including the Eye Institute or at the Birth Center during normal working hours. We do not deliver an order until the patient is assigned a room.

Ordering Flowers or Gifts
For your convenience, flowers and gifts may be ordered directly from the hospital gift shop, during business hours only. Monday, through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Evenings and weekends as volunteers are available.

Please note: We cannot deliver flowers to patients located in any of the Intensive Care Units (ICUs).

Gift Cards

If you can’t decide on a gift for a patient, let the patient pick his or her own gift. Gift cards are available from a minimum of $10. Consider having the gift card delivered with a greeting card or mylar balloon added. There is an additional cost for the greeting card and balloon. Or call and let us help pick out the perfect gift. Phone orders are accepted during regular store hours. There is no delivery charge.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. If you would like to place an order or have questions, please call us directly at 414-805-5010. We are unable to take orders via the internet. We cannot accept orders to be mailed/shipped. Thank you for shopping at the West End Shoppe!
