Patient Relations

We recognize that being in the hospital may be a confusing and sometimes unsettling experience. Whether you’re a patient or a visitor, we’d like to make your stay at Froedtert Hospital as comfortable as possible. The Patient Relations staff is available to assist patients, family members and friends with non-medical questions or concerns related to outpatient visits or hospital stays.

Patient Relations is located on the second (main) floor of the hospital, inside the Family Center. If you or family members need assistance during your hospitalization, or you would like a representative to visit you for a specific concern, please call the Patient Relations Department at 414-805-2882, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. After 5:00 pm, call 414-805-3000 and ask for an Administrative Representative.

Visitor Relations

Visitor Relations representatives meet, greet and escort patients and visitors to their destination as they enter Froedtert Hospital. Visitor Relations representatives are stationed near main public entrances at the Pavilion, Specialty Clinics and Froedtert Hospital entrances and throughout the hospital to assist visitors in reaching their destination at any of the programs and services offered by Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin. You can recognize our Visitor Relations representatives by the burgundy blazers they wear. Staff hours are 5:00 am to 4:30 pm.
