Conrad C. Nievera Jr., MD, DABPN, FPNANeurology Dr. Nievera was the former section Chief of the Comprehensive Epilepsy Program at St. Luke's Medical Center, in Manila. He was also the Training Officer of the Epilepsy Fellowship Program at the UP-PGH Medical Center, Manila. He conducted lectures to both physician and lay communities on neurology, especially on seizures.
