The vision clinic is excellent love Dr. Healy she is the best professional so thorough knowledgeable but so are all her technicians who help us as we check in and ask all appropriate questions with the concern and professionalism the ladies at the check-in and checkout desk or excellent can't say enough for the vision clinic at Froedtert and under Dr. Healeys direction

Vision services at FMLH is fantastic!

My aunt had an appointment as well the day I was there. She has had a stroke and sometimes needs a bit of help. One of the assistants I feel could have been more considerate to her and her needs. Our doctor was well and the assistant I had was wonderful. I feel care towards people with disabilities with some assistants should be gone over.

Mara triage nurse was extremely helpful and friendly! Excellent customer service skills. Receptionist who scheduled my return appointment with Dr Conto lacked professionalism and was not kind

I don't normally see this doctor but had an emergency issue with my eye today and was able to be "squeezed in" between her other appointments. The medical assistant and doctor were very professional and thorough while also being quite friendly. They put me at ease. I really appreciate the fact that they were able to see me, given my emergency situation. Happily for me, the diagnosis made by the doctor was that my symptoms, while very concerning to me, aren't signs of a serious condition. I will be following up with my regular doctor in a few weeks.

It is always a pleasant experience! Dr. Healy is kind, professional and an expert on contacts! My vision is better than I could imagine with the issues I've had- so blessed:)
