Creamy Pumpkin Mousse

SERVINGS: 4

INGREDIENTS
1 can (15 oz) of pumpkin
1, 4oz container of fat free vanilla pudding
2 cups of sugar free Cool Whip
½ cup of skim milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Allspice, Nutmeg, Ginger, Clove, and Splenda to taste

DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Whip until creamy smooth
