SchedulingDr. Gleeson performs executive health physicals on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
To make an appointment, new patients should please call 414-805-5150 or 800-272-3666. After scheduling your exam, we will send you a confirmation letter with itinerary and directions, patient instructions, a health history form and a map.
Appointments are usually completed in five to six hours, unless other services are requested.

Preparing for Your VisitWhen you make your appointment, we will send you an e-mail asking questions to help us best plan your visit. Promptly replying to this e-mail allows us to identify other medical services or consultations you may need. We will send you a follow-up letter outlining the day’s schedule of tests and your physical examination.
LocationLocation All guests of the Executive Health Program will be greeted at the skywalk information desk, the starting point of each visit. We will accompany you to your various tests and appointments at Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin.
Driving directionsFrom I-94, take US Hwy 45 North toward Fond du Lac (exit 305B). Travel approximately one mile north, and exit on Watertown Plank Road (exit 40).
- Head east on Water Town Plank Road
- Turn right (south) on 92nd Street (92nd Street Area) Drive past the Froedtert Hospital Entrance
- Turn left on Doyne Avenue to enter the 87th Street Area
- Turn left again on William Coffey Drive
- Park in Parking Area 3 Take elevators to Level D (skywalk) (Parking is free with a validated parking stub. Take parking stub with you to be stamped for validation.)
- Take the skywalk across to the Specialty Clinic building. Meet the Executive Health Representative at the information desk.
If arriving from the Crowne Plaza Hotel —
- Leave the hotel and turn east onto Watertown Plank Road
- Follow the directions above
