Maternal Fetal Care Center
The Maternal Fetal Care Center at Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin is a resource unlike any other in the state. We care for women from before conception through delivery with comprehensive, high-quality care for high-risk pregnancies, preconception and genetic counseling, specialized testing and screening and much more.
Our world-class physicians and staff, leading-edge technology and in-depth research combined with our compassionate, caring approach make us the best choice to care for you and your unborn baby.
The Maternal Fetal Care Center offers many services unavailable anywhere else in the area.
Many factors may increase a woman’s chance of having a high-risk pregnancy, and we can help determine what those factors might be, how they might be managed and, through counseling, help a woman and her family make informed decisions about her current or planned pregnancy. |

- Clotting disorders
- Bleeding disorders
- Family history of birth defects or genetic conditions
- Advanced maternal age
- Abnormal pregnancy testing
- Previous pregnancy complications
- Heart conditions, high blood pressure or other maternal medical conditions

Because we know you value your relationship with your OB/GYN, we work closely with your doctor to ensure you receive the best possible care throughout your pregnancy. Whatever your risk factors may be, we’re here to help you with the best possible care to help you have a successful pregnancy.
