TOP

When can I start a PEP program?
Athletes may start at any time. We do not have set classes or sessions like other facilities.
TOP

How many sessions do you get when you buy a program?
You will receive 12 sessions that include a pre- and post-program evaluation.
TOP

How long are the sessions?
Sessions are usually 60-70 minutes long.
TOP

How many times per week does the athlete train?
That is up to the athlete. We offer very flexible scheduling so that you can work around events and obligations. The average athlete trains two times per week for six weeks. You can schedule more or less depending on your schedule.
TOP

Does insurance pay for the PEP?
We have had a few instances where insurance has paid for a PEP program, when physicians have given the athlete a prescription for an injury prevention program. We have also been paid through a flexible spending account. Most athletes pay out of pocket.
TOP

What are the qualifications of the trainers?
The director of the program has a very prestigious credential from the National Academy of Sports Medicine called, Performance Enhancement Specialist or PES. All of the trainers are licensed athletic trainers and have formal training through the director.
TOP

Are discounts available?
Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin staff receive a 15 percent discount. A 15 percent is also available to athletes who sign up for a Small Stones membership.
TOP

What are the available hours to schedule?
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. The last appointment is at 7:00 pm.
TOP

How soon can I start?
We can usually get your initial visit in two to three days. After school time slots are very popular and there may be some waiting time if your schedule is limited to one or two time slots.
TOP

How do I make appointments?
