Session Schedules The Sports Medicine Center is open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Thursday, Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. PEP participants enjoy flexible scheduling. Each program covers 12 sessions (typically two sessions per week for six weeks). Our staff is happy to work with you to provide a flexible training schedule. You may begin your training program at any time and adjust your schedule days/times as needed.
