Antoine Burns
Sport: Football

“To be the best, you must train with the best,” Antoine said. “Since training with the PEP Program, my performance level has increased in all areas such as speed, strength, agility and endurance. For anyone looking to perform at a high level, I recommend the PEP Program.”

Career/Personal Records:
2009:
  • 2,631 all-purpose yards, ranked seventh most in the arena football2 league
  • Led the Iron in all-purpose yards, tallying 1,425 yards on kickoff returns, 1,177 receiving yards and 16 field goal return yards, while returning a team-high five kick returns for touchdowns
  • Led the team in scoring with 168 points and finished second on the team in receiving yards, receptions (96) and touchdowns (19)
2008:
  • Began his arenafootball2 career playing his rookie season with the Green Bay Blizzard
2006:
  • Played for the AFL’s Los Angeles Avengers where he led the team with 124.5 all-purpose yards per game and set the Avengers’ single-season record for kickoff return yards with 984

Cristin Van Driel

“The PEP Program has been the substance to my success with running since overcoming major spine surgery,” Cristin said.

In 2000, Cristin was hit by a car while out on a training ride and suffered a broken back, temporary paralysis and concussion, among other injuries. She underwent spine surgery where neurosurgeons stabilized her back by putting in 14 screws, two plates and four rods in her lower back. Cristin now races in distances from 3000 meters to marathons, continues to cycle and is grateful for the ability to continue her athletic passions.

“The athletic trainers and physical therapists at Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin provided expertise that far exceeded anything I could have hoped for – furthering my success racing and training,” she said. “I know that with the PEP Program and their support I have an edge on the competition.”

“I truly enjoyed the opportunities offered by the PEP program,” Noelle said. “The instructors helped me reach my athletic ability. I also want to thank all of them because I wouldn’t be physically fit if it weren’t for them.”

  • Finished season second on the team with 327 kills, playing in all 34 matches for the Norse
2009:
  • Saw action in 32 matches, finished with 367 kills, named to All-GLVC second team
2008:
  • Played in all 36 matches, ranked fourth on the team with 279 kills, also served up 35 aces

Ryan Leveille

“The PEP Program made me realize that the body as a whole needs to be strong, not just my legs,” Ryan said. “It’s important for your entire body to be fit, and the program does that. The PEP Program gives you whole body fitness.”

Awards:
  • Bronze medal in 500 meter and 3000 meter at the 2004 U.S. Championships
  • 10th overall at 2005 U.S. Championships
  • Qualified for 2006 Fall World Cup Team
  • Silver medal in 10,000 meters and ranked third in the men's all-round standings at 2006 U.S. Championships
  • Competed in 2006 Winter Olympics, in team pursuit and 10,000 meter events
  • 2008 US World Championship team in Gangneung, South Korea; bronze medal in the 1500 meter race, silver medal in the 3000 meter superfinal
