Medical Concerns during Business Hours: If you have medical questions during business hours, please contact your clinic directly. Your phone message will be directed to the appropriate team member.
Urgent Medical Concerns after Business Hours: If you have an urgent medical concern that cannot wait until business hours, please call your regular clinic phone number. You will be connected to the Froedtert Answering Service, and they will page the on-call physician for you. The on-call physician should return your call within 30 minutes. Please be aware that medication refills should be handled during regular business hours and will not be provided by the on-call physician.
Our Walk-In and FastCare Clinics also have extended hours, including evening, weekend and some holiday hours if you need medical assistance when your clinic is closed.

MyChart®You can use our MyChart® online service to send messages to your physician, request appointments and obtain access to much of your medical record, including test results. You can also request prescription refills online through MyChart. MyChart messages will be handled by your care team within 24-48 business hours.
Medication Refills: If you need a medication refill for a chronic health condition, please contact your pharmacy and ask them to fax a refill request to your clinic. You can also use MyChart to request a medication refill online. Please allow three business days for all refill requests to be processed or seven days for controlled medication refill requests.
