Laboratory Services

Froedtert &a.m.p; The Medical College of Wisconsin are affiliated with Dynacare Laboratory, which provides lab draw stations at all of our primary care clinic locations as well as at Froedtert &a.m.p; The Medical College. All lab draw stations are linked by the Epic electronic medical record system. This means that an order can be made at one clinic location and drawn at any other Dynacare location. This is convenient for patients who need to have fasting blood draws and allows them to go to any Dynacare location.

Monday – Friday:	8 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Lincoln Avenue Clinic
Monday/Wednesday:	8:15 a.m. – 6:15 p.m.
Tuesday/Thursday/Friday:	8:15 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.

Monday/Wednesday:	8:15 a.m. – 6:15 p.m.

Plank Road Clinic
Monday – Friday:	8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Saturday – Sunday:	8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Patients should enter through the walk–in clinic entrance after 4:30 on weekdays and on weekends.
Sargeant Internal Medicine Clinic
Monday – Friday:	7 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Springdale Primary Care Clinic
Monday, Wednesday, Friday:	8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday:	8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Thursday:	8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Sunnyslope Primary Care Clinic
Monday – Friday:	8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Westbrook Primary Care Clinic
Monday – Friday: Saturday – Sunday	8 a.m. – 8 p.m. 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Froedtert Hospital
Specialty Clinics – first floor:	6 a.m. – 6p.m. (Monday–Friday)
Froedtert Hospital – first floor:	6 a.m. – 6 p.m. (Monday–Friday)

Main Dynacare Lab:	24 hours a day / 7 days a week
Park in the Emergency Department parking lot.

Radiology Services

We offer a full radiology suite at both Froedtert Hospital and Community Memorial Hospital, including plain film radiology, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine and Interventional Radiology.

Froedtert Hospital Radiology

The Radiology Department at Froedtert & The Medical College also provides limited radiology services at the following primary care clinics:

Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI) Radiology

We are also affiliated with the Center for Diagnostic Imaging, CDI, offering multiple imaging locations throughout Milwaukee and Waukesha counties. Imaging services are provided at the following primary care clinics:
