Coordinated care. When needed, our physicians refer patients to other medical services within the Medical Commons. Hospital care, if required, will be provided at Community Memorial Hospital, providing leading-edge health care in the community for more than 40 years. In some cases, hospital care may be provided at Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin, eastern Wisconsin’s only academic medical center.
Common scheduling system. With one phone call, you can schedule appointments with any physician or service.
Electronic medical record to enhance continuity of care. This is especially important for patients who receive care from many physicians and services. All patient information is documented in a single record, allowing all caregivers to view every consultation, treatment and test result.
Digital radiology. Any physician at Community Memorial Medical Commons, Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin and Community Memorial Hospital will be able to view imaging results or the status of an imaging test at any time.
Same-day access to Medical Commons services for on-site patients.
Convenient access from Hwy. 45 and ample free parking.
