The Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Specialty Clinics at St. Joseph’s Hospital brings expanded specialty services to residents of Washington County. We offer leading medical experts in cardiology, colorectal surgery, internal medicine, infectious diseases, physical medicine and rehabilitation, plastic surgery, thoracic surgery, urogynecology, urology, and vascular surgery.

Our physicians work closely with St. Joseph’s Hospital, performing surgical procedures and utilizing lab, radiology and other ancillary services at the hospital.

Specialty Services
The Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Specialty Clinics offer the following services:

Cardiology Clinic
Offers diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular illnesses and diseases. Medical College of Wisconsin cardiologists provide full-time cardiology coverage. They include Michael Cinquegrani, MD, FACC, FSCAI; James Kleczka, MD, FACC; Catharine Malmsten, MD; Amitoj Marwaha, MD; Stacey Gardiner, MD; Aimee Welsh, MD; and electrophysiologists Marcie Berger, MD, FACC and Jennifer Wright, MD.

Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Cancer Network at St. Joseph's Hospital's Kraemer Cancer Center
The Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Cancer Network is an alliance between eastern Wisconsin’s only academic medical center and community cancer centers in Menomonee Falls and West Bend. Medical College of Wisconsin cancer specialists collaborate with surgeons and other community physicians to deliver patient centered, high quality care in the community. Highly specialized treatments and additional clinical trials are available when needed through a connection to Froedtert & The Medical College.

Cancer Network services in West Bend include radiation oncology, hematology and oncology, thoracic, gynecologic and urologic oncology, and plastic and reconstructive surgery. Patients are also supported by oncology nurse practitioners, a cancer genetic counselor, cancer dietitian and psych-oncology nurse specialist.

Colorectal Surgery Clinic
Offers evaluation and management of benign and malignant colon, rectal and anal diseases by fellowship-trained Medical College of Wisconsin colorectal surgeon Kirk A. Ludwig, MD, FACS, FASCRS. 

Internal Medicine Clinic
Offers primary care services for adults including preventive medicine, health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education and the management of both acute illness and chronic disease by Medical College of Wisconsin internist Randy Bell, MD.

Infectious Diseases Clinic
Offers diagnosis and treatment of communicable and transmissible diseases, including general infectious diseases, by Medical College of Wisconsin infectious disease physicians Michael Kron, MD, and Janaki Shah, MD.

Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinic
Provides evaluation and treatment of neurological conditions that cause spasticity, with the goal of restoring quality of life for patients suffering from spasticity as the result of conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis and brain injury. Services are provided by Medical College of Wisconsin physical medicine and rehabilitation specialists John McGuire, MD, and Nicholas Ketchum, MD.

Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Clinic
Offers plastic and reconstructive surgery options including breast reconstruction, head and neck reconstructive surgery, carpal tunnel syndrome, plastic and cosmetic surgery and hand surgery by Medical College of Wisconsin plastic surgeon Mark Bosbous, MD.

Thoracic Surgery Clinic
(now located in the Kraemer Cancer Center, one level below the Specialty Clinics)
Our thoracic surgery specialists, David Johnstone, MD, and William Tisol, MD, Medical College of Wisconsin thoracic surgeons, perform non-cardiac surgeries of the chest, including the lungs, esophagus, trachea, diaphragm, mediastinum and chest wall.

Urogynecology Clinic
The Urogynecology Clinic offers diagnosis and treatment of pelvic floor disorders in women. Services are provided by Medical College of Wisconsin urogynecologist Sumana Koduri, MD.

Urology Clinic
Offers diagnosis, treatment and management of urological diseases and disorders, including incontinence, and kidney, bladder and prostate cancers. Five Medical College of Wisconsin urologists are available to see patients: Jeffrey Bejma, MD; Robert Donnell, MD; Michael Guralnick, MD; John Lacey, MD; and Jay Sandlow, MD.

Vascular Surgery Clinic
Consultations with Medical College of Wisconsin vascular surgeon, Peter Rossi, MD, for diagnosis and treatment of peripheral vascular disease.
