Training, Performance Enhancement, Injury Prevention and Recovery

Our exceptional care includes a wide range of programs and services designed to help athletes avoid or recover from injury while striving to achieve peak performance.

ACL Injury Prevention Program – The anterior cruciate ligament in the knee is one of the most commonly injured ligaments. Once an ACL has been damaged, it’s more susceptible to re-injury, so we teach athletes, especially women, how to avoid an ACL injury in the first place.

Concussion Clinic – Concussions are serious brain injuries that need medical attention. Learn more about concussion symptoms, risks and treatments.

Dance Medicine Program – Dancers are powerful athletes with unique needs. Our sports medicine physicians have expertise working with dancers of all ages and at all levels, from the amateur to the professionals.

Executive Fitness Program – Our Executive Fitness Program is designed around the needs of busy executives who want to stay at the top of their professional game.

Golf Swing Program – The Golf Swing Program is open to golfers at every level who want to improve their swing and prevent injury.

High School and College Athletic ProgramsHigh School and College Athletic Programs — Students engaged in athletic activity look to us for expert assistance to help them train and prevent or recover from injury.

Performance Enhancement ProgramPerformance Enhancement Program — Helps athletes of all levels (age 10 and up) improve their athletic skills, learn techniques for preventing injury and, reach optimal athletic performance.

Physical Therapy – A quality therapy and rehabilitation program is essential to recovery from any sports-related injury or surgery. Our therapists and trainers work under the direction of our sports medicine physician to deliver evidence-based care.

The Runners' ClinicThe Runners' Clinic — Whether you just run a few miles on weekends or participate in marathons, The Runners' Clinic can help you maximize performance, prevent injury and help recovery.

Throwing Athlete Program – Our Throwing Athlete Program uses motion analysis to help athletes use proper form to improve performance and prevent injury. Athletes who are still recovering from an arm or shoulder injury should first be assessed by a physician before starting this program.
