Contacting a Patient

Call the West Information Desk from 5:00 am to 8:00 pm at 414-805-5505 to find a patient’s room number or direct phone line. After those hours, please call the main hospital number at 414-805-3000. 


If you are planning to visit a patient, please see our maps for directions and parking locations.

You may place an order for a gift or flowers directly from our gift shop and florist.

If you would like to send a card, gift or flowers to a patient, the mailing address is:
