| Froedtert & Community Health is a regional hospital system made up of Froedtert Hospital, Milwaukee; Community Memorial Hospital, Menomonee Falls; St. Joseph’s Hospital, West Bend; and the West Bend Clinic. Joining the capabilities of an academic medical center affiliated with the Medical College of Wisconsin, two community hospitals and a free-standing primary and specialty care clinic, Froedtert & Community Health delivers highly coordinated, cost-effective health care to residents of southeastern Wisconsin and beyond. In the year ending June 30, 2009, combined adult patient admissions for the three hospitals exceeded 39,800. For more information, visit communitymemorial.com and stjosephswb.com. |

| The Administrative Fellowship is a one-year program that begins with the Fellow and a Preceptor, who is a member of the Froedtert & Community Health Senior Management team, developing mutually agreed upon goals and objectives to be accomplished during the fellowship. These goals are intended to meet the educational interests and experience needs of the Fellow, as well as the service needs of Froedtert & Community Health. The Fellow will participate in Senior Management and Manager/Supervisor team meetings at both campuses. A rotation plan will give the Fellow the opportunity for extended time with selected departments and programs at Froedtert & Community Health and/or with Froedtert & Community Health affiliates, as well as time and assignments with the Chief Executive Officers of both Froedtert Hospital and Community Memorial Hospital. The Fellow will also be given an opportunity to manage one or more complex projects. The program outline for the fellowship is intended to be flexible to accommodate new interests and needs of either the hospital or the Fellow as they respond to changes in the healthcare environment.
Questions concerning the Fellowship Program should be directed Kara Schutts, Administrative Fellow, at 414-805-9924 or kschutts@fmlh.edu.
