"The Administrative Fellowship at Froedtert Health has allowed me to completely immerse myself in various departments across the organization through project leadership. My preceptors mentored and supported me in identifying areas for involvement that aligned with my specific career and education interests. I was also given unlimited access to shadowing opportunities with executive leadership, nurses, physicians, and support staff. The Fellowship program is an excellent way to prepare early careerists for roles in healthcare leadership by providing a unique variety of experiences which set Fellows apart from the rest when pursuing post-Fellowship positions."
