How to Apply for a Position

We hope you will take the time now to apply via our Web site. It's quick and easy and you'll be able to receive e-mails updating you on your status and providing you with information on new open jobs via e-mail. Please be sure to maintain your e-mail account so that we can keep you up-to-date on open jobs and your status. If you do not have an e-mail account, the system will assist you in creating a free Hotmail account. As a reminder, you must keep this e-mail account current in order to receive e-mail updates.

If you are having technical problems applying online, please call us at 414-805-7000. Because of the volume of calls, we cannot answer individual questions regarding status of applications.

Online Applications

It takes most applicants about 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your job and education history, to complete the application process online.

If you are accessing the Internet through a dial-up connection, you may experience delays or other performance issues. If this happens to you, please visit your local library or stop by the Human Resources office to submit your application electronically.

Current Froedtert Staff Members

Staff members applying for a job transfer will now complete the standard online Froedtert application to be considered for internal job openings. Accessing the job posting is easy via this link.

When prompted by the system, indicate that you are a Froedtert staff member, create (or update) the system profile and employment application. Then submit it to the position(s) you are interested in transferring to.

To create a Froedtert online application, you will need to complete a profile in the system with a username (your e-mail address) and password. Complete the application (including your Froedtert work history); and your resume can be attached if desired. This information will remain in the system for you to use for future transfer application requests.

If you have already completed a Froedtert online application, you can access your system profile by typing in your username and password. Just update your profile (with current address, phone number, etc.), add your Froedtert work history to the Employment History section, and submit your application.
