Froedtert Hospital is a great place to enhance or start your new career. Our specialty teams include Trauma, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, Transplant and many more.
At Froedtert Hospital you will work with a combination of specialty teams, but are oriented to all specialties. We offer an extensive six month comprehensive orientation that can be tailored for the experienced surgical technologist as well as the new graduate. We also offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Froedtert Hospital offers creative scheduling options that helps staff balance work and life. Scheduled full time and scheduled part time staff enjoy these options:
- 7/70 (Seven 10-hour days, followed by seven days off)
- Eight-hour shifts
- Ten-hour shifts
- Call rotation for all positions
