When strawberries are in season, there's no better time to make this fruity wrap, which can be enjoyed for breakfast or as a snack. Similar recipes call for added sugars, flour tortillas and cream cheese, but we recommend this healthier version that uses low-sugar jelly, whole wheat tortillas and ricotta cheese. 

No need to limit this wrap to strawberries. You can change it up with blueberries, raspberries or another favorite in-season fruit of choice. 

Strawberry Breakfast Wrap

INGREDIENTS
1 whole wheat tortilla (small; 113 kcal)
3 Tablespoons of regular ricotta cheese
1 Tablespoon of low-sugar, strawberry jelly
1/3 cup fresh, sliced strawberries

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spread ricotta cheese and jelly on a small whole wheat tortilla
  2. Sprinkle sliced strawberries on top of ricotta cheese and jelly
  3. Fold or roll up the tortilla and enjoy!
