Community Memorial Hospital Community Engagement
Community Memorial Hospital's mission speaks to our commitment to improving the quality of life for the communities we serve. To that end, we reach beyond the walls of our hospital into Waukesha and Washington Counties with a diverse offering of services and programs that benefit "vulnerable populations" — people with limited/affordable access to healthcare services.
We are proud of our commitment to your health and well-being. One step at a time, Community Memorial will continue to improve the quality of life in our community and beyond.
Community Health Needs Assessment
In February 2012, Community Memorial Hospital collaborated on a community survey with JKV Research, LLC, along with Aurora Health Care, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Columbia St. Mary’s Health System, ProHealth Care, Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, the Washington County Health Department and the Waukesha County Health Department. Here are the reports from that survey:

In June 2011, Community Memorial Hospital undertook a community health needs assessment. The assessment was the compilation of state, county and community health assessments along with interviews from 35 different community informants ranging from school district representatives, public health officials, non-profit health and human service professionals, churches, police/fire departments, free clinics and business professionals throughout Waukesha and Washington Counties:
