17th Annual Wheeling for Healing Family Bike Ride

Join Community Memorial Foundation for the 17th annual Wheeling for Healing family bike ride and celebration on Saturday, August 9, in Menomonee Falls. The annual ride raises funds to support the Cancer Care Center at Community Memorial Hospital. Craig McKee, WISN 12 news anchor will serve as the Wheeling for Healing ride marshal.

Wheeling for Healing invites riders of all ages and abilities to participate. Routes begin and end at Community Memorial Hospital. Riders may choose from four routes through Menomonee Falls and surrounding communities: a family-friendly 4-mile route, a leisurely 14-mile route, a reconfigured 33-mile route or a challenging 62-mile route for avid cyclists.

- 6:30 a.m. – 62-mile ride begins
- 7:30 a.m. – 33-mile ride begins (may be in waves)
- 8:30 a.m. – 14-mile ride begins (may be in waves)
- 9:15 a.m. – 4-mile ride begins
In addition to raising money for the Cancer Care Center, Wheeling for Healing celebrates cancer patients who have completed or are currently undergoing treatment. The event also honors loved ones who have been lost to cancer. A post-ride celebration at Community Memorial Hospital begins at 9:45 a.m. offering delicious food, entertainment, raffles, children’s activities and more.
Pre-register a team of 10 riders or more by July 11, and the team will receive T-shirts with a special logo printed on the back of each shirt.
