Package pricing can offer peace of mind by providing a single, set price for certain fertility services. Most of our package prices also offer “refund milestones,” which allow patients to recoup some costs if treatment plans are canceled.

Package pricing is available for the following treatments. All consultation services, diagnostic testing performed prior to the start of the cycle, and medications are not part of package pricing.

Prices subject to change without notice.

  • An insemination cycle involves at-home monitoring by an ovulation predictor kit and the insemination procedure at our facility. The cycle may be a natural cycle or may involve the use of oral medications like Clomid© or Letrozole© to stimulate egg development. The insemination may be with your partner’s sperm or an anonymous donor specimen purchased from an outside donor sperm bank.

    IUI Cost: $882.00

  • An intrauterine insemination with monitoring cycle involves the use of a monitoring ultrasound to verify follicle development, the insemination procedure, and an injection of a medication to induce ovulation if recommended by your physician. If more than one ultrasound is necessary there is no additional charge. The cycle may be a natural cycle or may involve the use of oral medications like Clomid© or Letrozole© to stimulate egg development. If laboratory testing is requested by the physician for monitoring, it is included. All blood testing must be collected within our clinic or at Wisconsin Diagnostic Laboratories on the main Froedtert Hospital campus. The insemination may be with your partner’s sperm or an anonymous donor specimen purchased from an outside donor sperm bank.

    IUI With Ultrasound Cost: $1,434.00

  • IVF costs include monitoring ultrasounds, monitoring blood tests, an egg retrieval procedure, anesthesia charges, IVF laboratory charges, embryo transfer fees, intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), and freezing of embryos. In addition the following services are also included if ordered by your physician: hespan medication for the prevention of Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome (OHSS), assisted hatching and extended culture of embryos. The sperm used for the IVF process may be from a fresh or frozen semen sample, testicular sperm sample or a donor specimen. All blood testing must be collected within our clinic or at Wisconsin Diagnostic Laboratories on the main Froedtert campus. All other services must be performed through RMC.

The start of the IVF cycle is considered the baseline ultrasound and the completion of the cycle is at the time of embryo transfer. Baseline ultrasounds that result in the delay of the start of the cycle will not be considered part of the IVF package price and may be submitted to your insurance. Complications that require additional services that are not part of the usual and customary charges related directly to the IVF Treatment Cycle are the financial responsibility of the patient and may be submitted to your insurance. There is no guarantee of payment by your insurance for submitted charges.
