Why did you choose to pursue a residency?

I thought a residency was an integral part of supplementing my baseline knowledge and to help further develop my skills as an independent practitioner. Additionally, it allows me to be involved with the education of others and it is the next step in my pursuit of a intensive care unit clinical pharmacist.

What attracted you to Froedtert’s pharmacy residency program?

Froedtert offers a large, academic institution that places a strong emphasis on teaching. There are strong preceptors and a multitude of experiences that will help me develop my teaching, leadership, and clinical skill sets.
