Why did you choose to pursue a residency?

I knew early on that I wanted to be in Pharmacy Administration within five years of graduating; therefore, the most logical choice was to pursue a Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency program. Residency provides you with tremendous opportunities to find out what you are truly capable of accomplishing.

What attracted you to the Froedtert & MCW pharmacy residency program?

I was drawn in by the diverse training backgrounds among the pharmacy leadership team, as well as the clinical emphasis in the PGY1 year of the program. I also appreciated the opportunity to complete a Masters in Healthcare Administration during the two-year HSPA program. When interviewing at Froedtert Hospital, I spoke to multiple residents who were thrilled to be there and who were genuinely passionate about their jobs.
