The Prostate and Urologic Cancer Program at Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin maintains an extensive database of surgery patients. The data below reflects men who had a prostatectomy (removal of the prostate gland) for the treatment for prostate cancer. This surgery is used if the cancer appears not to have spread outside the gland.
