Froedtert Hospital Patient Satisfaction

Randomly selected inpatients receive surveys by mail following discharge from Froedtert Hospital. The survey consists of 22 questions, which can be divided into nine categories. For most questions, patients reply with a response on a scale of "never," "sometimes," "usually" or "always." Our goal is to achieve "top box" scores — answers of "always" to the questions.
