Athletes participating in PEP receive the benefit of training with exercise specialists focused on your health and fitness.

Individual Training

Train one-on-one with an experienced certified strength and conditioning coach or licensed athletic trainer. Our goal is to get you to the top of your game.

Group and Team Training

Our sports medicine team conducts sessions with multiple athletes and teams. Training results are enhanced when an athlete is encouraged by a peer, teammate or friend.

Transitional PEP

Our licensed athletic trainers utilize functional rehabilitation to get athletes back to their sport safely. This program is a bridge between physical therapy and return-to-play.
