NX Level provides sports performance training for athletes at NX Level Mequon (within the Mequon Health Center), NX Level Waukesha and NX Level Wauwatosa. Our programs help teams, groups and individuals improve speed, flexibility, strength, endurance, nutrition, body composition and awareness in any sport — under the watchful eye of a highly trained professional performance coach.

What can NX Level do for you?

Our program helps you become a better overall athlete, build your body, increase your speed and enhance your cardiovascular health. We also help you improve your self-confidence, develop a more positive attitude and self-image and build a work ethic that remains with you for life.

Why not just work out at your school?

At NX Level we say, “Why not do both?” High school or college weight and conditioning programs offered by school coaching staffs are integral to an athlete’s development and to building team chemistry. Our programs are designed to work in conjunction with school programs to enhance each athlete’s skills and abilities during their offseason in a smaller, more personalized environment.

Training Philosophy

Our training philosophy takes into account the uniqueness of each athlete. Experts in sports performance adapt scientifically proven training methods to improve overall athleticism. This philosophy helps athletes increase the knowledge of their bodies, maximize their potential and ensure active regeneration and recovery. Full development of athletes reduces the risk of injury and prepares them to compete at higher levels.

Who Goes to NX Level?

Athletes

NX Level is for athletes who are serious about improving their strength, agility, speed and conditioning under the watchful eye of a highly trained performance coach.

It’s for the athlete who:

  • Wants to work out in smaller groups with varied training routines
  • Wants to experience the same training used by athletes in college and beyond
  • Is looking to push himself or herself by working out side by side with athletes from other sports and schools

Adults

NX Level is for adults who are serious about improving their athletic performance, physique and conditioning. Our approach is for those who:

  • Enjoy training in small groups, always under the watch of a performance coach
  • Want to work out at a “no-frills” performance center that’s not a health club
  • May be rehabilitating a bad knee, hip or other area and want to focus on getting back to normal – or better

You’ll also see professional athletes training with our performance coaches. They know what it takes to get to the next level and how hard it is to stay there.

What to Expect?

When you train with us, expect to work hard, sweat and exercise parts of your body that you might not have known were important. Above all, expect to be pushed by your performance coach and other members of your group.

The performance coaches put you and your group (of no more than six athletes of similar skill level per class) through a wide range of speed, agility and conditioning drills, along with weight training. The sessions last 60 minutes for youth and adults, and 90 minutes for high school and college athletes. We suggest that you consistently visit for two or three sessions each week.
