Kathy Hospice At Home

The Kathy Hospice is dedicated to providing patients with end-of-life care wherever they consider home. That may be in the home a patient has lived in for years, a nursing home, group home, assisted living facility or residential hospice facility. No matter where hospice is provided, we tailor our caregiving to fit each patient’s and family’s unique needs.

Kathy Hospice At Home uses the same staff and provides the same services that are provided at our Kathy Hospice residential facility on the campus of St. Joseph’s Hospital. Hospice nurses or staff are available 24 hours a day to provide unique and personal care.

The goal of Kathy Hospice At Home is to enhance the quality of a patient’s life, from the smallest to most significant measures. We manage pain and symptoms for the dying person. We also educate and empower the person’s family to manage the kinds of care needed at the end of life.
